Santo Largo is a quiet, shallow beach south of Mangel Halto. Locals come here for the calm water, which stretches far out into a sandy-bottomed lagoon. It’s off the main tourist map and often feels like a private slice of shoreline.
The water here is glassy and pale, creating mirror-like reflections at sunrise and sunset. A shot of a lone swimmer against the flat horizon can have a surreal, cinematic quality almost like floating in the sky. If someone is just knee-deep in the water you can sometimes catch a great double reflection.
