It’s a very convenient place to grab a bite and a drink when you’re spending the day on the beach, and in the evening there’s a fun sense of social energy without it ever getting loud. Owner Ole has clearly put thought into the flow and mood, and it shows in how comfortable it is to linger.

Margaritas are a strong point, and the small-bite soft-shell tacos stand out for tasting authentically Mexican. The terrace and tables set in the sand give you a front-row view of the beach scene passing by. The bar is a great place to chat with the bartender or whoever’s gathered around, and there’s some indoor seating if you need a break from the sun or want something a bit more intimate. Being located right on the beach in front of Zanzibar makes it an easy stop when you’re already spending time around Jan Thiel or Papagayo.
