This stunning mural, located near the Cruise Ship port, celebrates 7 of the 17 baseball
players from Curaçao who have made it to Major League Baseball. Those featured
include Hensley ‘Bam Bam’ Meulens, Robert Faneyte, Ralph ‘Capi’ Millard, Andruw
Jones, Randall ‘Chulo’ Simon, Ivanon Coffie, and Yurendell DeCaster.

Although the two most famous players from the island, Kenley Jansen and Ozzie
Albies, aren’t represented yet, their addition may be just around the corner. Did you
know that Curaçao has produced more MLB players per capita than any other country
in history?
