This restaurant is a favorite of ours, and of many people on the Island. It is a cozy venue, hidden away on the popular enclave of Nieuwestraat in Pietermaai.
Ginger specializes in delicious Carib-Asian-Indian fusion Cuisine. They have a delectable selection of Hot & Spicy Food, Noodles & Rice Plates, Curries, Stews and a good number of Vegetarian and Vegan options.
