Tugboat Beach
This is one of the most popular beaches on the Island thanks to the intriguing tugboat that sank under the waves decades ago. At only about 15 feet /5 meters deep, it is accessible to both divers and snorkelers. This boat tends to be a hotspot for vibrant tropical fish so it's perfect for Instagram photos. Chances of seeing an Octopus, Sea Horse, or Lobster are all pretty good.
The beach also has a great bar that is made from recycled materials; even the furnishings are made almost entirely from natural products like coconuts, driftwood, and items the owners have found from the sea. We recommend sitting on the terrace and exploring it all with your eyes. You’ll also find a menagerie of animals around the bar including iguanas, cats, and dogs that all live in harmony.
